AGFE’s members & P.L.I.E
The main purpose of Local plan for Inclusion and Employment (PLIE, in French: Plan local pour l’insertion et l’emploi) is to carry on publics in difficulty to employment through professional insertion processes based on a close accompany of participant. The target audiences are long term unemployed persons, claimants of government-guaranteed minimums, young under or not qualified, job seekers non-autonomous, in conversion, in difficulty or in exclusion of labour market. A PLIE is addressed to voluntary persons to follow an insertion process without rupture which the aim is to be employed for at least 6 month and one day or to get a certified training.
The NGO AGFE is constituted by its founding members, the following legal entities:
- association AGIRE is the Local plan for Inclusion and Employment (PLIE) for the cities of Argenteuil and Bezons situated in the French department of Val d’Oise.
- Association Convergences-Emploi is the PLIE for the conurbation authority of Cergy-Pontoise (who regroupes 13 cities) situated in the French department of Val d’Oise.
- la Communauté d’Agglomération Roissy-Pays-de-France is the PLIE for the conurbation authority of Roissy-Pays-de-France (who regroupes 42 cities) situated in the French department of Val d’Oise.
This three organisations have created a common platform, AGFE, to put their ESF management together.
